Wellington Homes, LLC is a marketing site for southern traditional house plans. Sideline Design , a residential design firm established in the southeast since 1984, has agreed to allow us to market their plans.

Through their 25 plus years in the residential design business, they have amassed a large and diverse library of homes from starter to high-end custom.

While Sideline Design does not offer an on-staff architect, they do have their many years of residential design knowledge and experience to share with you.
