This 4 bedrooms with 3 1/2 baths Traditional style two story home (*) has a total of 4388 s.f., see Contractual Agreement. This plan can be built using a crawl space or slab on grade.

The Family room has a fireplace and built-ins along one wall and multiple doors and windows along the wall which opens up onto the Deck. The Kitchen, Breakfast and Keeping Room open up to one another, which gives it a feeling of a much larger living space plus vaulted ceiling over the Keeping Room adds to it even more.

The open stairs to the second floor is quite unique with the way it splits at the landing with one flight continuing down to the Kitchen and the other turning back towards the Foyer.

The Master Bedroom Suite in this home has a great layout with its Sitting area with fireplace and false columns separating the Bedroom area from the Sitting area. Both the Sitting area and Bedroom area can have tray ceilings constructed, if your budget allows, to finish these two areas off with style. The His and Hers Walk-in closets are a good size and are right off the Master Bath. The Master Bath has His and Hers vanities and both an enlarged tub and a separate shower.
