This 3 bedrooms with 3 1/2 baths Traditional style two story home has a total of 4753 s.f. This plan can be built using a crawl space or slab on grade.

The Great Room has a fireplace with built-ins, and multiple doors and windows which opens up to the Covered Rear Patio. The Kitchen and Breakfast areas are open to one another which gives you the feeling of a much larger living space.

The Master Bedroom has a tray ceiling and a Sitting area with its own prefabricated direct vent fireplace with built-ins each side. The Sitting and Master Bedroom areas are separated by a large cased opening with columns. Off the Master Bedroom you will find a large His and Hers Walk-in closet, which then opens up to the Master Bath. The Master Bath has a cathedral ceiling and is equipped with large His and Hers vanities and also both an enlarged tub and a separate shower.

The front Foyer, with its monumental stair, has access to the Dining room, Living room and the Gallery which opens up to the Great Room. The Gallery also has access the Powder Room and the Kitchen. The Dining room is separated from the two story Front Foyer by a large cased opening and columns to make the two rooms run together, and seem larger.

Also on the main floor off the Kitchen and the three car Garage you find a Utility/Laundry room. Access to the unfinished second floor, which was at the request of the original client, is made from the two story Foyer’s monumental stair. The Foyer's monumental stair also has an overlooking Balcony from the second floor.

The second floor can be finished off as a Rec. Room or you can add a few more Bedrooms and a full Bath. The unfinished area was constructed using a full two story method in the front and a story and a half construction on the back which lets you use what is generally attic area as useable floor space. This story and a half method will save you money compared to the conventional 2-story construction.

The area over the Garage is used as attic space by the original client, but can be converted to usable floor space using the same story and a half construction method, which can then be finished off as a Rec. Room and adding a stair. This Rec. Room area makes a great place for the kids to play where they won’t disturb the rest of the house.

This home has a lot of curb appeal with its Covered Front Porch with large columns and the large segmented arch transom over the front door. The use of large brick jack arches over the windows also adds to it beauty.
