These plans are generic in content. The owner/contractor assumes all responsibility and liability for any and all codes, specifications, and structural elements required after the purchase of these plans. The owner/contractor must have a registered architect review these plans for any and all codes (local and national), which are pertinent to their location prior to using these plans for construction.  The owner/contractor shall be responsible for submitting these plans to a structural engineer registered in his location, to design all structural elements such as foundations, floor framing, wall framing and roof framing prior to using these plans for construction.  The owner/contractor shall verify all dimensions on these plans prior to using these plans for construction.

These plans were developed without the supervision of a registered architect. Therefore Wellington Homes LLC, and Sideline Design assumes no responsibility or liability for any defects or omissions in the use of these plans. Any liability on their part shall not exceed the original purchase price of the plans used.
